“Overall a great experience. Staff is amazing and so friendly. You get prompt service . They keep the pool and whirlpool very clean and quite warm for a December winter. The large rooms and well equipped kitchen are a big plus. ”

Alcune cose mi hanno sorpreso: dal livello dei dettagli, ai micro-servizi pensati per farti star bene (persino i gelati complimentary nel frigo oppure le salviette fresche servite in piscina). Camere spaziosissime e lussuose (avevo quella con piscina privata). Condizionatore silenziosissimo (non scontato in US). La cosa più importante per sperimentare il vero lusso è la dimensione della struttura: ci sono solo 22...

“Guesthouse situada en la calle principal de Key West. Si vas con coche es muy recomendable, ya que incluye el aparcamiento. Nos dieron la habitación que da hacia la calle y está bastante bien, amplia, limpia y con buen aire acondicionado. El desayuno es mejorable, había poca elección y no reponían las cosas a pesar de ser temprano. ”

“The room and pool area were clean and pleasant. Good hospitality from staff including bartenders Alejandro and Jefferson. Unfortunately, the room remained humid due to the bathroom connection to the rest of the unit (above door) and wall A/C unit. Biggest drawback is the roosters on property and next door which do their best to wake you up at 4:00 AM. I suggest ear plugs and/or other sleep aids. ”

“The hotel is great, with lots of little touches that make a difference but get overlooked by many hotels(great pillows, comfy mattress, soft towels, highly adjustable lighting, etc.). The staff have the best customer service of anywhere I've ever stayed.”
